A child says “The hardest thing I’ve ever done was telling my story in front of my class and all those parents that night. But it was also the best thing that ever happened in my life when everyone in the audience applauded for me.”
Mastering the art of storytelling is crucial in building a successful career essentially, it instills a love for language and stimulates creative thinking and imagination. Storytelling also improves listening skills and stories narrated with props and puppets are pure pleasure for children, all it leaves behind is memorable experience and lifelong learning.
Children learn the technique of holding the audiences’ attention with eye contact, voice modulations, gestures and props, more importantly it helps the child overcome stage fear and gain audience’s attention.
To encourage imagination, build oratory skills & add creativity to the art of Storytelling My Montessori brings you one-of-its-kind storytelling workshop. The workshop is for kids of the age group 4 to 12 years.
